The new Asus Chromebook would have leaked

It is the site Chrome Unboxed that has taken a inventory of product on Newegg including a model of notebook Asus not officially announced yet. Responding to the name of C302CA, this convertible chromebook would be the new one from Asus.
Just as the ASUS Flip its operating system would be Chrome OS and it would have a screen flipping 360 degrees. However, despite their similarity, the C302CA will not just improve the Chromebook Flip but actually a laptop of a brand new series in the Chromebook market in 2017.

A new type of chromebook at Asus

Powered by an Intel Core m3 processor running at 2.2 GHz, the C302CA would feature a 12.5-inch touchscreen, with a maximum resolution of 1080p (full HD), which can be turned into a tablet. Like many machines coming, this one would be passed to the USB-C port (there are 2 on it) and a micro SD card reader. It would be about 4 Gb of RAM for a storage capacity of 64GB (maybe other versions of the model will be marketed with more storage space).

Nothing is sure, but the new Asus Chromebook should sell at around 480 euros. A lot of information still to be confirmed, something that will probably be done at CES 2017.
