Thanks to the Apple Boot Camp module, users can install and use Windows on their MacBook computers, with the possibility of double use, that is to switch from one OS to another at any time.
However, when using Windows on a Macbook, a sound bug that caused loud noises and could not be muted via volume settings was massively reported. Some users even complained that these untimely sounds had damaged their speakers: "the loudspeakers began to malfunction before issuing sounds distorted, even inaudible," they explain.
The experts assume that the bug comes from an outdated driver of Boot Camp and the last update of the driver package of the application would finally be able to overcome it. Therefore, if you are having problems with your MacBook, the solution is to launch an Apple update when using Windows to enable the installation of new drivers.
As for users whose MacBook speakers have been damaged, Apple invites them to make an App Store appointment for a technical diagnosis and possibly a repair, after reporting the problem to Apple Care support.
