Google Drive helps migrate from iOS to Android

Google Drive helps migrate from iOS to Android

Google Drive could help those who want to change operating system from iOS to Android. Indeed, its last feature makes it easy to save information such as events, contacts, photos, videos and calendar.
Regular users of Google Calendar and Google would not be interested in this option. On the other hand, those who are not used to these tools would appreciate this evolution of Drive. Specifically, they would not have to manually transfer their data. Starting the backup process in the settings page would suffice.

Some tips for backup

The procedure may take a few hours, depending on the size of the data to be transferred. Since Drive must be open and present on the screen, Google suggests connecting the smartphone and connecting to WiFi. Before leaving, it is important to disable iMessage. For information, those who own a Pixel are spared by this long procedure. Thanks to the "Quick Switch" adapter, it is possible to connect it with an iPhone. Afterwards, an application ensures the transfer of the data.

Apple also offers a similar program, Move to iOS. Since it's available on Google Play, more than 10 million people have downloaded it.
