Samsung: Harman stereo speakers for the Galaxy S8?

While Samsung announced mid-November the acquisition of Harman, it seems that the equipment manufacturer is also behind the audio components of the next Samsung Galaxy S8.
According to information from the FoneArena site, Samsung strongly of the acquisition of Harman last month, would benefit from this new acquisition to considerably strengthen the audio part of its high-end smartphone. The future Samsung Galaxy S8 would indeed benefit from two stereo speakers for the first time for the Korean manufacturer. In addition, they would benefit from the Harman brand, well known for its JBL, AKG, Bang & Olufsen and Harman Kardon products.

Samsung announced on November 14 the acquisition of the Harman group for $ 8 billion. An operation supposed to meet in particular the Korean manufacturer's need to equip the connected cars, Harman being famous especially for its embedded audio solutions and its connected dashboards. With the Galaxy S8, it will also be an opportunity for Samsung to highlight the audio capabilities of its next smartphone.

Expected for next February, the Samsung Galaxy S8 should be available in several versions with screen of 5.7 or 6.2 inches. The smartphone could benefit from 256 GB of storage, the Exynos 9 processor, 6 GB of RAM and an iris scanner.
