According to a new report published by Android Police, several users of Pixel and Pixel XL have reported many disturbing software problems. For no apparent reason, their devices had been stuck for long minutes.
When visiting the support forums administered by the American company, there are many calls for help. One can say that this message illustrates the concerns encountered by many owners: "My Pixel XL 128 GB no longer responds unexpectedly. This does not happen only when I use a specific application or when I perform a particular task. It's just random. I have to wait a few minutes until the screen goes to the lock screen or force a restart by holding down the power button. While the removal of some applications has mitigated the problem for some users, others have not had that chance.
