Mark Zuckerberg has clearly not digested Snapchat's refusal to sell his social network Facebook videos. Indeed, he would have tried to buy the equivalent of Snapchat Asia, a social network named Snow offering the same business model: take selfies by applying fun animated filters and share them with friends.
Snow was created by Navver, a South Korean company that also created Line, messaging the same kind as Viber or Whatsapp and a huge success in Asia, particularly in Korea and Japan with an extensive library of available stickers .
Unfortunately for Mark Zuckerberg Snow's response was the same as Snapchat or an outright refusal. Navver no doubt hopes the same fate as Snapchat which saw its value increase sharply after its refusal to give Facebook.Snapchat even provides an IPO in 2017 with a capitalization of $ 25 billion ... well exceeds supply from Facebook.
The market for selfies applications Photo / animated video is huge and that's why Facebook, tired of the refusal, decided to develop its own internal functionality similar to Snpachat and Snow to retain control in the field of social networks.
