Dropbox Paper launched in final version

This time it is the right one, Dropbox Paper has just released the final version in January 2017.
This collaborative online word processor, competitor of Google Docs in particular, had been announced in 2015 and postponed several times, And had seen its extended beta phase last year.

Announced in October 2015, Dropbox Paper was therefore an alternative to Office Online or Google Docs, two on-line collaborative word processing services. The online data storage service was therefore seeking to diversify its business, and promised a launch for the year 2016. Dropbox Paper quickly arrived in the beta phase, but the official launch continued however to be postponed hopelessly A new date from Dropbox. "We hope that Dropbox Paper will be used in environments where Microsoft and Google products are already popular," says Rob Baesman, product manager at Dropbox. It remains to be seen whether the Dropbox service will succeed in winning where Google and Microsoft already have the favors of users.
