Designed specifically for Macs, this utility lets you know the time spent on an application. It displays data daily and provides an overview of how your computer is used.
However, the functionality is limited to providing the information, the data is not transferable to a time management application, and no solution is provided to alert the user that he is spending too much time on his machine. Usage is available for free and it requires at least a 10.9 macOS version. Launched last May, it is now in its third version, version 1.2. New options include viewing a group of applications within a single window as well as deleting the completed records.
