Facebook has bought Instagram in 2012, since the integration of the two services has not progressed enormously. And for good reason, very few things connect Facebook to Instagram except the connection mode and the functionality that allows to publish a photo on both applications.
However, it appears that the parent company is increasingly ready to incorporate the other application. Facebook has announced the creation of a single inbox for both services.
The new box called "Pages Manager" will bring together Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. The new functionality is mainly aimed at professionals and companies. These will indeed be able to view and respond to their Facebook and Instagram messages from one and the same place.
Consumers will be more likely to receive a prompt response in the event of a claim. Indeed, people responsible for social networks will be able to more easily access your history on both platforms. The new feature is expected to deploy in the coming weeks on Android and iOS. It will be reserved for companies. It is still unclear whether it will ever be open to other users.
