Nexo Tires: Breathable and comfortable bike tires

When technology meets cycling, it gives Nexo Tires, airless bicycle tires and therefore anti-puncture.

Although the concept of airless bicycle wheels is not new, Nexo (Utah, USA), which developed Nexo Tires, is the first to offer a product that can offer a Perfect balance between robustness and damping. Until now, most tires of this type practically do not absorb shocks.

Thanks to a specific blend of different polymers, the American company has managed to reproduce the comfort of an inner tube. In order to make this technology available to the general public, the Nexo team launched a participatory fundraising campaign that allowed them to raise some $ 50,500, more than twice the initial target of $ 24,500.

Nexo Tires are sold for $ 75 via the Kickstarter page of the project. They come in two models, one without rim and a lifetime of 5000 km, the other complete and able to cover up to 8000 km. The first deliveries will take place in January 2017.
