ZTE also took advantage of the Catalan show to unveil its smartphones Blade V8 Lite and Blade V8 Mini. The latter will be focused on photography with a dual sensor of 13 and 2 megapixels. The combination captures HDR images and shoot at 30 fps at 1080p. Just like the rear sensor, the 5 megapixel webcam features LED flash.
Blade V8 Mini features a 5-inch screen at 720p and a fingerprint sensor on the back. Its Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor is clocked at 1.4 GHz and works with a RAM of 2 GB. The internal memory of 16 GB can be extended via the microSD card port and the battery has a capacity of 2800mAh. Even if the smartphone runs on Android Nougat, ZTE has brought its personal touch to the interface. This dual SIM smartphone accepts LTE standards and will be available in Asia and Europe. But the company has not yet disclosed its tariff.
Blade V8 Lite presents the same screen as the previous model, but the rear photo sensor goes down to 5 megapixels. ZTE has also opted for the MT6750 processor while retaining the capacity of the RAM as well as the 16 GB of internal storage. The smartphone has a 2.500mAh battery and offers Android 7.0 as its operating system. For this model, ZTE will target Italy, Germany and Spain. The price remains to be specified.
