Microsoft launches Playable Ads on Windows 10. This new feature will try the applications before installing them. Playable Ads on Windows 10 allows you to test applications without having to download them. The test is limited in time to three minutes maximum.
Microsoft added this support to offer a more convincing insight to its users. You will no longer be obliged to systematically download an application to know if it is interesting.
The three-minute video will soon replace the simple screenshots. This also assumes that from now on, developers have to convince as early as the first minute of introduction.
In fact, the application can be tested without opening a new window. The test may also be interrupted at any time during the 3 minutes. The new feature is very similar to what Google offers with Android Instant Apps.
Playable Ads is currently only available to developers of the Dev Center program.
