The technical characteristics of the new Oppo F5, scheduled to be available on October 26, have just surfaced. The next flagship of the Chinese brand would offer a panoramic display and a facial recognition technology of the house.

Oppo wants to avoid falling behind on the smartphone market and decides to unveil its new terminal equipped with a 6-inch 18: 9 IPS screen just six months after the launch of its latest model, the F3. The Oppo F5 features an edge-to-edge display of 16 million colors and the company has integrated a facial recognition technology allegedly performing, called Beauty Recognition Technology.
The configuration of the Oppo F5, revealed by the Yugatech site in the Philippines, also unveils two 12 MP front cameras and a 20 MP main camera. The Oppo F5 has also been designed under the label "Selfie Expert" and the device is equipped with an internal storage of 64 GB. The microSD port onboard should however allow the terminal to support up to 256 GB of storage memory. In addition to the 6 GB of RAM installed, the Oppo F5 also has a non-removable 4000 mAh Li-ion battery.
However, it is necessary to wait until October 26 before knowing the price offered by the Chinese brand for its new F5.
