After unveiling the beginning of this year on the sidelines of the launch of the new smartphone Galaxy S8, South Korean company Samsung did not succeed in persuading its users effectively its personal assistant Bixby , which came as an attempt to compete with other companies such as Google, Apple and Microsoft.
Since his launch, Bixby's smart personal audio assistant has faced a number of technical problems that have made it impossible for all his main and important functions to be available during his initial launch. He was initially available only in English and then in limited languages, which contributed to his lack of success as Apple wanted. Later this year.

Samsung announced on the sidelines of its annual developer conference Samsung Developer Conference 2017 on Wednesday, October 18, the launch of the second version of the audio assistant Bixby 2.0, an update by which the South Korean company to provide an experience similar to the other companies compete with their personal assistance.

Thus, Bixby 2.0 is expected to be more capable of understanding, analyzing, distinguishing between users' voices and analyzing their behavior in order to provide a proactive experience accordingly. Samsung will also open the way for developers to expand the scope of platforms used by this assistant to tweeze between smart phones, Smart TVs and others.
