Pixel 2 XL: Google would investigate screen burn problems

The Google Pixel 2 XL is only available for a few days, but it is already talking about him for the wrong reasons. Some users have indeed reported screen burn problems. Google, which reacted quickly, has already begun an investigation.

Several disgruntled users posted photos on the Internet and expressed frustration on social networks. This is the case of Alex Dobie, a member of the Android Central team. He was the first to report a problem on his Pixel 2 XL and post photos on his Twitter account. As can be seen from the image above, with a gray wallpaper, it is possible to see the icons of the Android interaction bar. The same problem was repeated among other users.

Screen burn problems are not uncommon in phones with OLED displays. What is surprising is that such a problem comes after a few days of use. Only a small number of users seem to be concerned at the moment, but Google seems to take things seriously. The company said, "The Pixel 2 XL display was designed with advanced P-Oled technology," said a company spokesperson. We carry out extensive quality tests for our products during their manufacture and before their launch. So we are actively investigating this problem. Still wait a few more times to find out more.
