Samsung is struggling to release his virtual assistant Bixby. The Korean company would have postponed the launch at the end of June. Users of Galaxy S8 will therefore have to wait a little longer.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Samsung has not yet chosen an exact date. However, there is a good chance that we will not see the virtual assistant of Samsung in the next few days. Originally scheduled for spring in April, the launch would be postponed for this summer.
This delay is mainly due to the language barrier. Bixby would still have difficulty understanding the grammar and syntax of English, indispensable to its worldwide launch. The company must therefore still work on its software in order to make final adjustments. Subsequently, Bixby should deploy in other languages, including French.
This umpteenth delay is problematic since Bixby is supposed to be one of the major features of the Galaxy S8. Released about a month ago, the new Samsung smartphone is indeed equipped with a button completely dedicated to the assistant. Users will therefore not be able to use this button for a minimum .
