Microsoft announced the availability of Dynamics 365 with improved intelligence capabilities in India on November 1st. The new service would cover intelligent applications to help enterprises and SMEs in India. Dynamics 365 is powered by advanced analytics and learning technologies of the machine to reinvent business processes. The service would be available to customers in more than 135 markets with support for over 40 languages.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 meets the specific needs of business such as sales, operations, automation or customer service.
The functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 combines the existing Dynamics CRM and ERP products in a single cloud service. It provides business services end to end as sales, field service, operations, customer service, automation, etc via Microsoft Cloud. Microsoft recently announced tie-up with Adobe to provide cloud marketing it through Microsoft cloud services. In India, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is available in two editions, Enterprise and Business, on a subscription by Application / per user model. Microsoft says the new subscription based model would allow businesses to pay only for the purposes they need, licensed to a particular user. Microsoft said that companies get a holistic subscription for all the information at hand, and they could save four to five times the cost of traditional CRM vendors.




Microsoft Dynamics 365 built-in intelligence capabilities can be further expanded with targeted independent applications and specific intelligence field. It also includes a new consumer insights with a new analysis of connected applications and analyzes data from Microsoft and other widely used CRM, ERP applications and even social data / IoT.
