On Tuesday, the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has finally unveiled its next PHABLET, the Mi Note 2. A device that is reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 with curved display.

For several months, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has repeatedly expose on the Internet with leaks of photos or data sheets. Since Tuesday, the new PHABLET of Xiaomi is finally official and the least we can say is that it is timely, just weeks after quitting Galaxy Note 7 by Samsung. Admittedly, the device shows the outline of the PHABLET Samsung with a curved OLED screen of 5.7 inches diagonal display 1920 pixels by 1080. Moreover, we find, as in the Note 7, a button below the screen also serves as a fingerprint sensor. However, no stylus provided for Xiaomi smartphone.

Among other features, we can mention especially the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor clocked at 2.35 GHz, 4 or 6 GB of memory depending on the selected version or storage of 64 or 128 GB. The picture is not not left with a 22 megapixel sensor on the back and another 8-megapixel front for selfies. Finally, the smartphone is equipped with a rather substantial battery of 4070 mAh, enough to hold easily with well over a day of independence.

Xiaomi has not announced marketing of Mi Note 2 in France. It will however be available in China from 379 euros for version 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB storage, 447 euros for 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage and 475 euros for the same features, but with compatibility with all frequencies 3G and 4G in the world.
