After a Snapdragon SoC 820 whose success helped to forget the disappointments of its predecessor, the Qualcomm group should present at some future time a new evolution of its integrated platform with the Snapdragon 830 engraved in 10 nm and with hearts Kryo.
Officially, nothing has transpired, despite some indirect allusions and evocations in fanciful roadmaps or not, and the details are therefore quite meager. The SoC may bear the reference MSM8998 (against MSM8996 Snapdragon to 820) and it is this statement that was spotted on the site Zauba Indian imports.
Several prototypes were sent to India probably for the purpose of R & D and optimization. Few details are still there but data sent systems come with 4GB of DDR4 RAM and 64 GB of memory UFS.
The SoC Snapdragon 830 could fit in part the future smartphone Samsung Galaxy S8 expected in February 2017, which could lead to an official announcement of the processor shortly.
