This is today at 16:00 Microsoft will hold its largest conference dedicated to Windows 10 RedStone 2 and perhaps reveal in the wake a new Surface device. Until the editor of Redmond shows more verbose about the future of Windows 10, it delivers a new preview release of Windows 10 to Windows users of the Insider.
There have only a very small handful of new products in this edition of Windows 10. The build 14955 offers updated Outlook Calendars and Mail applications, which now permit to open a message in a new window, to appeal to component fast action in direct response to a message, or using the @ symbol in the body of a message to correspond with one of his contacts. The operating system also sees the narrator improve, and enjoys an impressive amount of corrections of any kind, relating to the Task Manager, Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Cortana. It seems clear that this new edition is more heavily loaded with patches only real innovations, unlike previous editions published over the last two weeks (build 14946 and 14951). A small bet of caution is to be noted: if you have an antivirus, it is possible that the update does not take place at all. You will need to completely uninstall the antivirus, or wait for the next build.
As usual, this new pre-release can be downloaded from the Windows Update module and the Windows Insider Program options> Receive builds Insider Preview> Start. More news in the next pre-release of Windows 10 RedStone 2 should in turn be presented this afternoon at a major conference in New York. The event will be broadcast live on the Web at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/octoberevent
