Building on the success of its smartphones, Honor diversifying its business by launching a tablet, and a watch connected.
The Honor Pad 2 is an 8-inch device. IPS display offers a definition of 1920 x 1200 pixels. It is powered by a Snapdragon 615 and 3GB of RAM, a midrange configuration. Nevertheless, it should be sufficient for most uses of a tablet including games of Google Play.
Running Android, the Pad 2 is not entitled to the latest update of Google (7.0 / Nougat) and must be content with Android 6.0. No data on its autonomy, if not the capacity of its battery: 4800 mAh.
picture side, you are entitled to a main 8 megapixel sensor and a secondary, front, 2MP. Somewhat weak features, but justified by a very low price. Count and 1000 yuan for the 16GB model / Wi-Fi to 1499 yuan for 32 GB of storage and a 4G module. Note that the Pad 2 is also equipped with a microSD slot to expand its disk space up to 256 GB.
The Pad 2 as the S1 Watch were released in China on 25 October. Honor has yet to report on possible export of these new products in our region.
