Amazon has just break into a new market. Internet merchant firm has launched a new
service called Amazon Prints. This is a photo printing service for ordering photo paper prints and albums. Amazon Prints will be associated with online file storage service and the loyalty program. In this way, Amazon brings together these different services in one place and can use Amazon Prints as a loss leader for his services Amazon Drive and Amazon Prime.
The arrival of Amazon in the photo printing market therefore will surely upset the competition. For now, Shutterfly is a very important player that has a turnover of 1.15 billion. Amazon Prints is currently only available in the United States.
