Samsung Galaxy C9 will be the newest addition to the Galaxy series C and it should not be long until the smartphone is announced publicly. The Galaxy C9 has been listed on Zauba, which means that the official announcement would be made next month or in November et the smartphone runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Tech Updates just spotted the Galaxy C9 on the site of Geekbench benchmarking, and the smartphone seems to come with 6GB of RAM. The RAM capacity is even higher than the Samsung flagship, which is quite impressive. However, smartphones coming presented on the comparative analysis of websites have undergone some changes before the final version is released, so the final product may not come with 6GB of RAM after all, even if there are still a small chance it could. The Galaxy carries the C9 SM-C9000 code and was imported to India for testing recently. The smartphone is listed on Geekbench be powered by a Snapdragon 652 MSM8976 clocked 1.4GHz octa-core and it seems to run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The device achieved a score of 1304 in the single-core test and 4366 in the multi-core.
The Galaxy C9 could come with a Snapdragon SoC 652
While the smartphone is expected to be officially unveiled soon, there is no information to indicate that it could be released outside of China. Apart from the Galaxy C9, the series of Galaxy smartphone could welcome two new devices soon, the C5 Galaxy and Galaxy Pro C7. Not much information is known about these two devices, but they are expected to appear of the most powerful specifications compared to other predecessors, such as the Galaxy and Galaxy C5 C7 published in May. Both smartphones come with 4 GB of RAM and 32 or 64GB of internal battery. The C5 Galaxy ran Snapdragon 617 processor and a 2600mAh battery, while the Galaxy C7 presented a Snapdragon 625 SoC and had a battery of 3300mAh. The Galaxy C9 is expected to arrive soon and will be the top model of the Galaxy series C, provided that Samsung indeed incorporates 6GB of RAM in the phone.
