The new device from Mark Zuckerberg to link the world's Wi-Fi 4G speeds

Mark Zuckerberg has many programs and projects which connect the various parts of the world to the Internet is trying, of course, we heard about earlier about many such aircraft projects drones, satellites and lasers that fall under Internet.org initiative. Mark and his team announced a new initiative to connect to the Internet in remote places called "OpenCellular" It is a open source platform serves as a "wireless access platform." The idea of this project is that this platform reduces the cost of production of cellular networks in remote and distant places which are difficult to create such networks.

Marc commented on this initiative by saying that "more than four billion people lack access to connect to the Internet, one of the biggest challenges is how to get to those areas where the existing infrastructure is weak and not able to cover these remote places."

Zuckerberg said that this new platform will be open source and available to anyone, whether working in the field of communications or business. The platform, according to the CEO of Facebook, is the size of a shoebox and can support up to 1,500 people within a 10-kilometer diameter circle.

It also comes with an elaborate system supports various wireless networks, from 2G to LTE 4G connectivity, and can provide a Wi-Fi connection for voice calls.
